The Power of Breath to Restore Health and Balance

The way we breathe is a direct reflection of how we engage with and orient to ourselves and the world around us. 

How do you breathe into your life? Do you tend to tense up and contract or do you soften and settle, breathing into whatever arises? 

Dr. Brad Lichtenstein has created The Breath SPACE to help people develop the space to open their hearts and breathe fully into their lives. His aim is to bring contemplative practices beyond the cushion or yoga mat and into the wider world to transform the health of the planet. Through The Breath SPACE, he offers private sessions, community classes and workshops, corporate education and wellness programs, as well as practitioner training and certifications. In all of these offerings, his focus is cultivating resilience to restore balance and foster peace and acceptance through contemplative, mindful, and embodied living.

  • Thursday Morning Livestream Guided Meditations

    These livestream classes are held online every Thursday morning from 7:30 – 8:15 AM Pacific Time. All are welcome, no prior experience is needed.

    Drop-in attendance is welcome. All archived Thursday Morning Guided Meditations, as well as access to The Breath SPACE Meditation Library are included in the Monthly Meditation Membership.

  • Let's Talk About Death

    This free, online, participant-directed gatherings has no specific agenda or theme other than to practice observing and sitting with whatever arises, whether grief, sadness, fear or peace. All that is asked is a willingness to show up, be present, listen respectfully, and honor and witness what arises, in self and others.
