A growing body of research shows that mind-body approaches, like mindfulness training, helps reduce stress, stimulate creativity, and increase productivity at work. Corporate wellness programs allow companies to provide this valuable health benefit to their employees and has been shown to reduce overall healthcare costs. Over the past 25 years I have worked with several companies and organizations to design wellness programs specifically for their needs, as well as provided ongoing mindfulness-based stress reduction groups.
